Description of Action |
|
1) The board unanimously approved a motion recommending that the City Commission reject the response letter from the Federal Aviation Administration. The Board further recommended that the Commission reject the entire settlement agreement for the lawsuit with Broward County and to return to the 1995 agreement.
2) The board unanimously approved a recommendation that the City Commission request that the County use more durable units with higher efficiency ratings, provide 10-year warranty on units, provide corrosion coating on units and use microbial duct work. |
